Do not work for western express

I worked at western 4 a year. horrible company!! ZERO communication. if your there, get your year In and make sure a week b4 u quit that u call payroll and ask for your vacation pay. they will try to get over on you 4 sure. I got permission on the Qualcomm to park the truck in aliquippa pa on thier yard and still got charged with truck abandonment. I got it reversed a week later by threatening to sue. never work there

hello.i hope you don't mind me jumping in like this to ask you a question about that .25 cpm for swift. i am going to their orientation next week.was this a long time ago for this .25 cpm? i hope i will do better than that. i am not experienced.i have my cdl but haven't driven for 9 yrs.

Once had western driver say safety at western uses profanity?when correcting drivers,most i know would leave someone with less teeth.Any experience with this?

 

Avoid swift!Roehls a better company in my experience.

 

Ask drivers at other companies how they like it,recruiters sometimes tell tales.

 

With schneider. overall its good. and pay is good. u got good and bad days but overall they take care of drivers COMPARED to other companies. js
