Stolen from Gary, IN, and they say it is worth around $12 million.
A lot of companies have you drive a minimum of 4hrs or 200mi before stopping. One company husband worked for would call if you were even stopped for a redlight to make sure nothing was wrong.
Don't know the whole facts here, but he could have been followed, thieves are crafty and I am sure they pay attention if they know a factory is in the area. Good thing the guy wasn't off at a rest area, he could have been hurt.
The truck most likely had a bolt on it that had to be cut off, no simple lock I am sure and they had to offload the merchandise, so it was easier to take the whole truck. -
Talk about dumb article writers...
The last line in the OP's news link article says.. "LG placed the volume and power buttons on the back of the G2, which may cause the thieves some confusion when trying to power on the devices."
I don't think anyone who contemplated & succeeded in stealing $12 million worth of new LG cell phones is going to have that much of a problem with the phone's power & volume button.Reroll, TruckinWithJosh, Pmracing and 6 others Thank this. -
There are highly intelligent people out there - some do really good things, others do really bad things; but to insinuate that a thief is automatically "stupid"....is, well, stupid....NavigatorWife Thanks this. -

They stole $1000,s from me & my friend last week. Locks slow them down. Guns stop them. Have a video camera system in place now. They will be back. Body bags might follow. Yea Cops. I will Kill someone on my land that steals from me. They will be dead before you get here. We don't put up with that in Houston, Texas.
