Clean inspection will help you. Some companies pay a bonus when their drivers volunteers to get inspected at weigh stations and gets a clean inspection. Some weigh stations don't have the staff or time to do voluntary inspections. Just make sure you are clean before you ask for an inspection.

I've used the PSP system since it started, seen and handled hundreds of the actual PSP reports from the FMCSA.

NOT some 'service' that is charging to analize the data in their own fashion, add enough bells, whistles and lipstick to impress the suits enough to make them open the checkbook.

There is no 'score' on the driver's information, just the snapshot of the SMS lines from the companies page and that does show the ponts assigned to the carrier.

Never ceases to amaze how so many companies have climbed on the driver's backs taking money that should potentially be a monitary bonus system or what ever 'perk' management would, reluctantly, give back to safe drivers.

When I need publications and training materials I call J J Keller.

I do not fall into the add ons and free gifts that usually end up taking up space and collecting dust, just buy what I want or need..

Everything you want or need from the FCMSA is available, usually for free, from your keyboard. Add the desktop green and white FCMSA rulebook from JJ with all that added DOT guideance that's not in the driver's edition and you have what is needed.
