Do you carry?

In 30 years of driving, 3 million plus miles I have not run into 1 situation that would be improved upon by me whipping out a firearm. I fully believe in the right for every law abiding citizen to keep and bare arms.

You have to remember your getting ready to change your life for ever when you take a life. Make sure its worth it. There is nothing that I own that is worth being involved in another shooting. If you have never been I hope you never are. The reason I used force was at home not in a truckstop. Armed Burgular.

as you take aim, --- ain't the best time to be thinkin' it over.
Just hope it never comes to that and you'll never have to know
if you really would have squeezed the trigger, .......... or not.

 

I carry a can of waspspray. Cheap, effective, and as far as Iknow, no law against it.

 

It is just peace of mind. I am totally relaxed and happy when I am armed I think other people can sense it too since some thugs would give me a mean look but when they see I am not afraid at all they get nervous and walk away. Just like how a dog can sense fear when they see I am not intimidated or reacting to them they look away. The only time I will take a life is if someone is trying to kill me. I have watched police tapes for years and just about every criminal runs when you brandish a gun or shoot warning shots when they think you are unarmed. The only time they do not run is if there is a hit out on you.

 

This is the attitude I love to see (not being sarcastic). You choose not to carry, but you also choose not to tell people they shouldnt carry.

Too many people say "I dont feel the need to carry a gun so neither should you"
