Do you get paid while schooling?

Then there is the tarp fold up exercise when you are on the clock and need to get your next load. There is the bungee pull, and last but not least the multiple trips around your trailer walk while you are doing all the above exercises.

Actually I've done those. I also spent a year unloading freight for Lowe's 4 days a week. When it comes to lumpers are you required to hire them? Do some trucking companies have a no touch policy for the freight and is it an unwritten no no to skip the lumpers and unload your own?

Depends on the company. Some do some do not.
