back when I used cruise control my truck went from 55-60 to 25 before I could do anything about it because of some newspaper flying down 76 right outside of philly.. wouldn’t let me accelerate out of the braking isn’t that nice.
Do you guys worry about com like tusimple making driverless trucks?

Reason.
Trains are on rails. They go forward and reverse only on a known path with little that changes. Trains would be the simplest to automate. But they don't.
Why?
Simple, no technology is absolute. If a glitch happens there must be someone at the controls to take over.
Now a truck is on a road with little Bobby & Peggy Sue and there is no way the politicians and lawyers will allow that without someone behind the controls just in case.
