One time I had a trip with over a $100 and some dollars in tolls that I never got paid for. It was good that I went through the truble of making copies of everything and filed them away.
It was a Mega company I worked for back when I first started. I figure dispatch took them out and gave them to his brother or somthing trying to make a buck of my expenses. Probably even changed the trip over to his name and split the cash. I had to recopy every single document just incase it happened again. I finally got paid for it though. I guess it was enough for the. office rat to show his true colors.

I tell you the #### that goes on, it's unreal.

As a company driver I would keep them until I got paid and made sure everything was correct and then shred them.
