Do you move over?

Another speed racer went to pass me on the right today when I moved over for a truck on the shoulder (no earlier than needed, moved over and back swiftly). It's like they think I'm moving over for no reason.

 

triangles,flares or whatever shouldn't matter. it's about being courteous and safe. if it was the law, you'd move.

 

You don't know if there was anything going on or not. Have you ever been working on a truck on the side of the road like that? You should have slowed down and let the Crete out.

 

Is it law for vehicles with no disco lights in MD and DE now? I thought it was just for cops, tow trucks, firetrucks. ambulances, etc
