Docket Port scanner question

    I have a Docket Port 468Q scanner that is used with an omnitracs mcp 200 unit to scan in my trip paperwork. I am having an issue with the scanned images, they are too dark to read. I have cleaned the scanner several times with the cleaning cloth. I have also calibrated the MCP 200 unit itself. I had omnitracs do a mobile reset on the unit. When I attempt to calibrate the scanner itself, the scanner paper stops a third of the way through the calibration process and freezes. This is my second scanner in a month. The last one had the same issues. Does anyone have any advice?

    Stop in at any of the big chain truck stops and use the transflow.
    It's only takes a second or two on your way to the head.
