You should have very nicely in a very loud voice ask for her phone # so you could order a refill on coffee

I would know about a Pilot. Their fuel is always high. I can fuel across the street and save enough money, just for fuel, for the whole trip.

You would have to collect 15 of those SMALL ### cups to get a good size cupful. I never saw guys outside the door begging for cups like the Salvation Army ringing that bell!
