Does anyone know anything about Logistic One Ltd

Saratoga springs n.y. one one the worst places I been, saying a lot, sense I pull REEFER..signed in 8am appointment wasn't till 10 am, at noon walked to window, stood there, politely ask, about load, was told by someone with name tag, cause she couldn't remember her name!
Load not ready, You wait, So I left.
10 pm called me told me back in door. C, at 8 am next day, asked when I was going to back in,,said I was tired, explained situation, said come get loaded, we will Make it right,(never apologized, but made excuses about new untrained employees)
Arrived, backed in by this time about 20 trucks waiting, long story short!!
They kept door open, all that time, and never realized, it was freight was sitting n dock, billed for detention time, was told I was loaded in record time compared to most. Employees rude, management totally not over seeing operations, which means they don't care, just job..will never, pull again for them. Flip side, delivery at Kroger in Denver, 8am, arrived 6,30 paid 145.00 out by 9 am,
WHEN YOU GET UNLOADED, AT KROGER, IN DENVER...FASTER THAN LOADED...Logistics one,,has problem

 

Any current drivers willing to give feedback on logistics one ltd in the Detroit Mi area???
