Kinda like Zucchini, the vegetable (fruit) that has no flavor.
I had a big problem with soy and canola a while back, I don't like
having difficulty breathing, and the oils gave me a volcano in my stomach.
I have since gotten over most of the soy problem but I still don't care for canola. I prefer safflower oil and if that is unavailable, i use peanut oil, and olive oil.
Does anyone really eat TOFU?
