It depends on how much guys want to work, there's a large element of the job that is about self motivation.
-
Is it strictly tailgating or do you have to carry actual buckets around and damage your back? How's the schedule weekends off or 3 weeks on 1 week off?
-
So far I haven't had to had to handle any freight by hand, but I've heard that it does happen at times. As far as the schedule I'm uncertain how it'll play out until I get done with this week.RussianBearTruckeR Thanks this.

Been running hard most of this week
Monday 4 stops in Midland/Odessa
Tuesday 5 stops between Tyler, Longview, Kilgore with a backhaul from Garland
Wednesday 1 stop San Antonio with a backhaul
Thursday 4 stops in Houston with lift gate
Friday 4 stops in San Antonio.
Still very happy with the move, 34 out and headed for a 3 stopper in the RGVRussianBearTruckeR and Longarm Thank this. -

Will be Sunday, trainer is driving on way back to the yard since I've been driving all week. Except for 2 hours Monday en route back to the yard.Longarm Thanks this.

100k/year? Does Sherwin-Williams hire out of Big Spring, TX (between Abilene and Odessa on I-20)? I saw one of your posts that listed several stops in Texas.
-
That I'm unsure of, you are required to park your equipment at the yard in Waco during your 34 off though.
-
Drive from Waco to Big Spring and then back would just about be the totality of my 34, so that wouldn't work. I really just got to fantasizing when I saw $100k.
