Wondering do you pump out you own loads ?
What brand ELD do they use ? Samsura people net etc
Slip seating or assigned trucks ?
Overtime after 8 hours or 40 per week? how long after phone interview do you usually find out if your still in consideration ? -
(2) We use Ipads and run Samsara
(3) I'm in an assigned tractor, but at least for delivery drivers most start slip seating
(4) Not sure how your pay as a tanker dedicated would be. For those of us on my side we're paid mileage, pallet weight, hand weight (for times we fully unload at a stop), and incentives for Lowes, outside live loads/outside deliveries, and extra pay for 5th stop+.
As far as the hiring time from phone interview, we were told to let our future referrals know that things may be slower than expected, as they're doing more digging in employment history. My personal experience was roughly 2 months from my 1st phone interview until I began orientation.beau486, hope not dumb twucker and motocross25 Thank this. -

Talk with a recruiter, maybe what you hear is close to what you experience. The same job can be quite differant for 2 differant drivers.SoulScream84 Thanks this. -
If you work for CTS it may be drop/hook. Unless needed. Some mix plants are great, some are full of jerks. But sometimes you learn to work around that.
What terminal will you be out of ?SoulScream84 Thanks this.
