all you have to do is click on/off 3 times on the cruise control button and keep it on on the 4th light up. Click set and your good to go. There’s a video on YouTube,

if it’s working I wouldn’t touch it. Adjust your driving habits to accommodate the beeps is better than making things Inoperable on a working system. You never know what code it will throw going down the road costing your thousands to figure it out.

Kinda difficult when a deer strike destroyed the sensor and volvo is on a minimum 6 week backorder lol

I personally like these adaptive cruise systems after I set our trucks to Configuration 7 and don't get the nonstop beeping.
Adaptive cruise is wonderful with the traffic on the east coast USA
