Depending on need for drivers, sometimes LTL companies will hire someone right out of school. It’s not extremely common but maybe you’ll get lucky and be available at the right time

Being that you have less than a year of drive time, FedEx Freight will bring you in if you apply for the Driver Apprentice position. You'll go through a 6-8 week training program and get cut to a full time driver position. Get your T/X endorsements.

Below is a link to one that is posted for the terminal located on Decatur Blvd in Indianapolis. It's an unusual one because it cuts to a Road Driver linehaul position, so it's pulling doubles at night, depending on what runs they have available dockwork will be involved if you get a short run off the bat.

What is it like pulling doubles and triples , I seen a couple videos where they are weaving back and forth but seem to not get too crazy.

Triples are illegal in my state, so I only have experience with doubles. I like pulling them over a 53' or 48' van. It only really sucks when your kite is empty and it is windy out.
