    For other new[er] drivers ... during the day time and during a dry spell or across the desert, and you all of the sudden notice a cloud of dust ahead that makes no sense, use caution and expect to see a crash ahead. At night, be aware of any "flashes of light" that seem odd, as this can be a side-effect of a vehicular crash ahead. If you see anything that makes you say "WTH was that?", assume the worst until you can make a determination.
