I recently applied to OD and was wondering if anyone has any idea how long they usually take to call you back if they're interested. Given my resume I would hope they are. 6 years driving experience. Class A hazmat, tanker, doubles, triples. Just want an idea of how they're hiring process work and how long it may take to get a call back after submitting my resume. Any info is greatly appreciated.

Depends, you can go to the North East locations and get hired. In the South, you need a few years on the road.Bama Roadrunner Thanks this.

Appreciate the info man I’m from Alabama so I need some experience.

Maybe not; won't know unless you apply. Old Dominion even has their own cdl school in North Carolina. Business is booming and older drivers are retiring, so they need drivers.PaulNomad, Bama Roadrunner and Texnmidwest Thank this.

Appreciate the info @Chinatown I will apply anyway.
Chinatown Thanks this. -
I'm in PA and got hired right out of CDL school. I could've saved 5k and gone through their in-house CDL school... Yes, they hire without experience. Hiring preferences will vary according to terminal needs and manager.
OD has been awesome to work for. The only company I've ever worked for in trucking, and hopefully the last. I love linehaul.CJ701 and Bama Roadrunner Thank this. -
I believe they require hazmat and doubles and triples endorsements?
