Once this gets in place you test positive your finished till you undergo the SAP process. Also you can't drive while doing so either.

If a driver has been removed from a DOT random testing pool for more than 30 days, the employer must give the driver a pre-employment test and a negative test result must be received before the driver may operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV). If less than 30 days has passed since the driver was under the DOT random testing program, the employer may re-employ the driver without a pre-employment drug test. I would think if they called them then Pepsi could provide the information.

Did you fail a DOT drug test?(split sample with a custody form). Or just a simple "pee in this cup" quick test at the end of an interview?

You might be able to hire on either way if it was a week ago, but once the consortium comes online you're screwed.

Since it has only been a week, I would wait a bit before pulling your report. Also, definitely make sure you can pass a drug test before going to an OTR company. It's not good to fail those in this line of work.
