In the early 2000s, yes. Now we just get a 50/50 mix of grey and white.
WildTiger1990 and plater1 Thank this. -
i like the grey kenworths they got, they got a nice color scheme nowadays . dont remember the last time i seen a full orange one
-
It was much harder to dupe the unsuspecting buyer with a bright orange truck.
Last Time Around, x1Heavy, rabbiporkchop and 3 others Thank this. -
The grey Cascadias look pretty good, even for a Freightliner.
-
Schneider found out that it was easier and more profitable to sell a white or black truck than one that was offensively orange.
As always, you're on the cutting edge, Dave.Trucker61016, JoeyJunk, rabbiporkchop and 1 other person Thank this. -
They also found grey/white are cheaper to buy and more importantly cheaper to replace parts on.
-
Trucker61016 and bzinger Thank this.

JoeyJunk Thanks this.

So. No more Orange bombs waiting to detonate in the shop financially and otherwise.
White, grey got it. Add that to the list.
Maybe by now Schneider bought trucks that contains the right hand sides of the 18 wheeler... //tease... in the past they had no need of it.
Here is another tease, every time you see orange barrels for construction, they hatch Schneider trucks. =)Trucker61016 Thanks this.
