    Just we.nt thru orentation today for a new job. Got the keys in my pocket and put my stuff in the truck tomorrow. Will be hauling funiture in a 53' dry van to motels,hotels and resorts around the U.S. Various backhauls. No unloads,the supply the unld crew on site. .Plus I'm told they comp rooms when we haul to shows. plus paid meals. Sounds like a good deal,will be sure to update later . I'm headed for L.A. for monday,won't leave till saturday. See ya on the road!!!! Stay safe!!!:yes2557:

    O.K.!!! Made it back in one piece!!!! L.A. went off without a hitch. Thats a good thing. Truck ran well, took a little getting used to the 18 top 2 but finaly got it sorted out ,I'd never driven one before. unload crew was on time and got me out in resonable time. got my first pick and a good nites sleep, second pick the next morning and headed north. 50 mph over the Grapevine and no need for brakes on the north side 7th direct held it at 36 mph. don't want much better than that. The only thing out of the ordinary was that my dispatcher not only told me what he needed me to do, he told me why he wanted me to do it!!!! I think I'll stay!!!:biggrin_255::biggrin_255::biggrin_255:
