if it was an accident, that has a police report, then you had darned well better list it, or you are going to be told, when they find out, that you left out information, and they say good-bye.
if it was an accident that did not require a police report, but your current company KNOWS about, you had better list it, cuz when the new people call for a reference, they will ask....
Does Sysco or Pepsi check PSP or only MVR?

If you have an accident on PSP YOU DO have a record of it! That means a DOT officer issued an inspection and your carrier has to sign off on it. This means that accident is NOTED by the same carrier. As the previous poster said, REPORT IT!G13Tomcat Thanks this.

Kind of...
So a recordable wreck might be like a single truck wreck with no injuries, but had to be towed. And a reportable wreck would be like a multiple vehicle wreck where there was an injury?
So if a single truck wreck happens, the company would record all the info of the wreck, including any accident report by law enforcement, but doesn't actually have to notify the fmcsa of it? Just have it documented in case of any type of audit, etc? -
They didn’t issue an inspection but the truck had to be towed so that’s why it’s listed on my psp. the company I work for used the truck for parts so theres

I guess that’s why I don’t have a claim on my clue report

NOPE! NO such critter as a DOT reportable! I challenge you to post a credible link saying otherwise!

Then it's not on the PSP, you need to go get a PSP report!

The owner of the company I work for and I have a good rela
I checked my psp and it’s on it, it says I had a accident with a tow. but they didn’t put anything on my mvr, I mean if I can a job local then I’ll take it but if not then I’ll probably stay at my current job. I’m just trying to leave OTR cause I got married -
This is a very confusing thing and as I said before full of misconceptions and out and out BS. There is only 2 ways an accident gets into the FMCSA CSA-2010 database. Either a DOT officer issues an inspection or the DOT/state does an audit and they manually enter this information from a carriers accident register.

I drive for Coke and they only check mvr. I know it's different company but same industry. As far as someone saying dac ...nah....that's for like swift and the likes of that.
