Does this count as an accident on applications?

    We don't know what kind of damage was done to the other guy's mirror. If it could have been buffed out and the marks removed then yes he was a jerk. But if it had marks on it where they were none before then I'd say he was right in what he did.

    You'll just have to tell the truth on your next application but don't act like it was no big deal. Just explain what damage was done and go on from there. If you try to cover it up and the company finds out then your driving career is over.

    It is always best to put EVERYTHING on an application and let the hiring company decide if it's worth keeping you off their payroll. Much worse if you say nothing and they find out... and they will, if the guy reported it.
