looked at the climacab systems. why would they spend that much on those systems when they could have diesel powered systems for the same cost or less?

Climacab does not burn fuel, which equals less money... Other than that i do not know why!

We had a recruiter from TMC in my school today. Here is the latest info:

    1. About 250 of their 2200 trucks have APU's. They are not retrofitting any trucks with APU's but all new trucks now have them installed. So all truck will have them installed eventually. According to the recruiter, no truck is over 3 years old.

    2. Any size inverter is now fine, so long as you use an inverter that the shop approves.

"Any size" inverter is incorrect. They have 1 very specific cobra model inverter with specific wattage specs that is allowed.

Jhst make sure you dont park next to me when you fire it up.Why they mount it on the side where the driver next to you hears the lawnmower and breathes in the fumes all night is bad.and the rigmasters are the worst

My truck is 4 years old. Its an 07 and honestly I am glad I have an older non emmisions truck because it does not have problems like the newer ones.
