Does training count as experience?

    Before jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire, go out of your way to talk to actual drivers at those other great opportunities... Lots of companies can look good on paper, or on Craig's List, but be sure you are making the right move first.

    I would suggest staying in place for another six months... Things might change in that time or you may become more satisfied with it... If not, now you have a years worth of experience under your belt.

    My advice. Stay one full year from first solo dispatch.
