I don't get it how guys wouldn't want to load their own equipment. Isn't that one of the perks to doing what you guys do?

I have a printer and a tape measure, but only a little step deck. I enjoy loading the different equipment.
Not like you guys with the RGN's I leave that work to you professionals. I'm happy hauling my little oversize around.
Had enough fun pulling shacks around the countryside.

@TripleSix you are an A hole

    Notice I capitalized the a.

How can you expect a guy to own a height stick, they are both expensive and complicated. Using a marked overpass is a lot less work.

Rontonio that is the 2nd . How easier can it get then that. How simple this oversize racket gets.

There are plenty of machines I do not want to load and some I just won't unless I absolutely have to.

Those crazy vertical drill rigs.... Not so much.

I get the job done but sometimes the loading /unloading scares the cramp out of me.

Like this one...40k mast outside the rail

Not only that, but it would be much quicker than waiting around, hoping someone will appear out of nowhere to load your wagon for ya. I couldn't live like that.

I don't do RGN work (although I think I could really get into it if given the chance), but in my world, there's a certain amount of pride that comes with loading/unloading my own wagon. At the end of the day, I actually feel like I accomplished something other than just driving. Any screw-ups are on me. No excuses.

You understand, however, that it's part of the job. And you do the job.

These guys were lease drivers. They weren't forced to take those loads.
