My local Volvo dealer charges $199 for an oil change with Volvo filters. I let them do it if I'm in the area but it's an hour drive from my house.
I have an oil drain valve so I can just drain directly into a 1 or 2 gallon container, shut off the valve and grab another container. It's simple and Walmart or my local auto part store accepts the used oil.

Not to mention the downtime. Peetro 1hr, me after playing with dumping oil, using a hand pump greezer, getting all greezy and dirty, bout 4-6hrs. Here's my old plan- streekin Beacon dry off, go to Peetro.Total time 2-3 hrs, no hassle. Cost-going rate plus 20$ tip for the guy with the wheel brite and 10-20$ tip for the guy with the greez gun. Done!
