    Right out of the '80s.

If ... it wasn't abused, it is an ok mic.

Seems to be in good condition, there’s a 9v battery, I changed it, will plug it in when I get a chance to see if it still works, got my first CB back in the 80’s but don’t recall ever seeing one of these

OK I figured this one out. This is a MURA PRX-100 mic. It came out in 1977 and was sold in different forms (packaged/branded) until 1991.

If it still works it's better than any mic I've ever used.
I got a Ranger SRA 198 for Christmas to run in my dump truck and it quit transmitting Saturday.
I was moving other peoples meter but no audio was getting out. I'm so tired of mic's failing.
