Keep all your down time records, invoices, or bills of any kind if you have any. Keep a list of lost revenue. Go to your local dealer and ask for a meeting with the area International Warranty Service Representative. Present your case. As far as what International does isn't written in stone. There is no policy, it is all case by case basis. What ever you do, remain professional. If all you want to do is yell and scream and rant about how poorly the truck is they won't do much for you. No one would. For the record, it is International Truck and Engine Co, not International Trucking. Make sure you get that right, because you sound unprofessional. You wouldn't want them getting your name wrong, right? As far as a loaner, I have seen that happen, but again, the area Warranty rep had to be involved to authorize that. Loaners don't really happen with heavy trucks. The trucking industry is very different from the car industry. Generally you do not get "loaners" at truck dealers the same as you would at a car dealer. This isn't just International, no one has loaners.

Scania give loaners if your truck that is under warranty cant be repaired quickly.
It does not happen often because their trucks are ultra reliable.
Problem is these deals are an ocean away.
