a question that has been raised ... was Kate Middleton just trying to get her "Mrs. Royal" degree at St. Andrews University in Scotland? Would she have gone out with him, gotten engaged and will be married IF he was NOT a royal? Her mother was an airline flight attendant and her father was an airline dispatcher when her parents met. They are now involved with a greeting card, event planning and party supply business. She has no royal blood and is a commoner.

The engagement happened in October 2010 on a game preserve safari ranch that is run by one of Prince William's ex-girlfriends. It's in Kenya; which is of course, the same country that President Obama's father came from.

Channel 3 (ABC TV) in Winchester, Virginia reported this morning that this is the first time in three hundred and fifty years that a commoner (Kate Middleton) has married into the royal family of England (Prince William).
