Pam is a good starter company only to start off with but please please whatever you do run after u finish your year they do not care about their employees and they do not like to send you home on top of that you gets Paid pennies alone with very little miles unless they need you to bust your tale to cover them

    DGreene Thanks this.

Sounds like a corporate trucking company.

Are they really that bad or just like most others that are just large starter companies?

All companies are like that,if you get low miles to begin with then they give you a run with miles to cover their ### because they screwed up they ecspect the driver to run hard to get that load delivered on time then its back to the same ole thing low miles.Thats when I say no.I don't play that game.

Ok. But what if I'm happy there after a year. Should I still run?

You should probably run either way, it burns calories and can help to relieve stress. As for leaving a company? Only if there is something so wrong that you cannot justify staying.
