I don't recall there being a riot when that rent a cop fired on a guy at TA either.

The driver was arrested......are we really still having this discussion?
I’m not defending those that riot. The driver imitated this contact, not the rioters. Let’s get our facts straight here

 

Well, you didn't show up.

 

Apparently the driver said he wanted to 'scare' the crowd by driving through it. What a #######.

 

If the reports are true, the road had been closed. Maybe they missed an on ramp or something.

 

Well he didn’t get arrested for just stopping in the middle of the road

 

He was on his way back to tank farm in Roseville to load for 2nd trip. He knew of protests but not that they were on the bridge. He was legally on the highway. Shutdown change order was delivered just prior (4:30) to the incident starting at 5pm instead of 7 as the night before. He did not breech any barricade or barrier he was simply caught on the road at a place they hadn't shut down yet. He was speeding(70 in a 60) and distracted when he saw protesters late,he did a panic brake and stopped. Out of fear when mob surrounds him he lurches forward till he stops and is pulled from cab and beaten while crowd pulls delivery hoses off and flattens tires and opens valves, which do nothing.
His driving record is very good and has been deemed NOT INTENTIONAL.

 

Ya you forgot about the part that he sped up and was on the air horn.......

Whatever..I guess you live here and pull tanker like I do.
And since I'm recovering from surgery and have been tuned to the tv and internet all week,watching every DPS update while monitoring the internet and social media I guess I'll put my money on your Ill informed opinion..but probably not!
