Well joe...he's already stated he's upset about them making him work 2 weeks in a row...what's that tell you.. In my observation it makes him a lazy person and no wonder no top companies would give him the light of day...
Don't work for Lessors Inc .

Look, this is a guy, it drives him around the bend to see success. He finds a a company or target and hones in on it because it makes him feel good. If he couldn't do it, how could anyone? We've seen it with the GTI thread, Conway and now Lessors. He's as old as the dirt but doesn't have a clue when it comes to trucking. I'm at that point with him again that I just don't care. We have someone in the Sandbox like that drvrtech. You know how it is. Just an annoying thorn in your side that has no real effect, it's like swatting a fly.
HotH2o, drvrtech77, truckinmike1984 and 2 others Thank this. -

Why the need to tell us this? If you truly have Joseph on your ignore list then ignore him. Don't mention him. Don't fill us in on how you're handling him. Personally I think you hang on Josephs every post. Refreshing and refreshing until he posts.truckinmike1984, "Hang - Man", joseph1135 and 4 others Thank this.

You too, huh? LolHotH2o and truckinmike1984 Thank this.

I'm willing to move off this thread. It's run its course long ago in my view.
I think point made that Lessors may have a distinctly dark side that shows up in its Unsafe Driving score. Lessors hires experienced drivers, why would they take such risks? 76.7% Unsafe Driving.
My interpretation of the wording on the web site about 'refusal of loads is not acceptable' may mean that you take a load even if you do not have time to timely deliver, will be held responsible--which was the OP's complaint, or one of them--and in either case, may well be fired ('for no reason', the OP said):
See: http://www.lessorsinc.com/employment/operatingpolicy.asp
Added that 'addendum' because after I submit, there are usually edits I find, want to make after I re-read what I wrote a few times. I read it, think about it, then make changes.
Did that, was just about to press 'edit' when I saw the next msg, bam!, from you-know-who, greyed out because on my 'ignore' list. So it may be the other way around. Not me all that concerned about him, just the opposite.
Just compare our comments. Who's ragging about whom???
This thread has brought my attention to Lessors, which has been rather vigorously touted and I think there may well be a larger, more troubling picture of this company.
For now, I will move on.Last edited: Jul 8, 2014
