He doesn't have a CSA score per se but it does go on his PSP and he should be concerned about something like that. All carriers are checking PSP history now and even insurance companies.

My company had an audit before I came in, however, they asked the staff to randomly give them 1 month of driver logs for 1 driver. No. It will be the company owner fault. They won’t comeback on the driver. In fact unless you’ve had a bad inspection in the road they won’t even look at yours. They usually come in with a list of drivers names who they inspected on the road and check only those

You will be well off carrying a small million or two in civil insurance against lawsuits and judgements.
I carried half a million or so for years here in Arkansas for a few dollars a month to go with the arms in the house and licensed carry. So Im covered either way. Ive been sued formally before post accident, twice.
