    They may have stopped the process of a rulemaking to deal with sleep apnea but the FMCSA's guidance to examiners is unchanged. So a examiner can still require testing. Also, many companies that require a new driver to have another physical with their examiner are still pushing it.

    1) Do you have sleep apnea? No
    2) Do you snore? No
    3) Have you ever snored? No
    4) Do you dream about snoring? No
    5) If you lay down on a comfy couch after eating a giant meal, how likely are you to fall asleep while watching TV? ( 1 to 10 / 1 being the lowest ) 1
