No Driver I am 66 and that will kill you. I know when I tested I was taking cold meds and I know that will show up as a false positive test what pisses me off is. Dot Line waited 22 days to put it on my DAC I disputed it so now I have to sit back and wait and see what happens but safety there she is no joke I know a couple that was Riding together and she let his wife retest I work for them before with the owner operator and he called me and asked me if I'd come back NBA second seat so I left a trucking company to go with him and this s*** happens

Once you submit a urine specimen for drug screening it’s out of the trucking company’s hands. They just give you the federal chain of custody form. After that it’s all MRO. So if you test positive — even if it’s a false positive — the burden is on YOU to prove you didn’t use an illegal substance. 22 days is totally irrelevant. I have no idea why you’re complaining about the safety department waiting 22 days to post a failed drug screen on your HireRight transcript. You should have known before them. That’s why they ask for a day time phone number and an evening phone number on the chain of custody form. Your social security number is also on that form so that the results correspond with the donor. The system is pretty much redundant as a fail safe measure. (Nothing is perfect) The safety department has nothing to do with your test results, that’s your urine being tested not theirs. Both specimens are tested after the first sample tests positive. This confirms the positive result. Good luck fighting that.Last edited: Jun 24, 2019
