    Retesting varies by state. I waited three months in Texas. All I had to do was show them the medical card. They didn't even want the long form.

    I had major right eye surgery and I was Down graded in Indiana and recently had my cdl reinstated 2 weeks ago when I showed them my updated physical I still have to wait another week then I’m back on the road after my recovery from my eye surgery

    How early before expiration do you guys go get a new DOT? Wouldn’t it be easier to get a new card while on home time? I’m from WA too. Mines coming up.
