I posted a last week about an accident... after meeting with safety they said it was not a dot recordable.. police got called but just done an information exchange paper no police report and no citations... so with it not being a recordable and no citations or police report then it shouldn't be on my dac report right?
The motor carrier could still put involved in accident or whatever they want on that report. Megas in particular are notorious for putting all sorts of alleged actions in a driver's report.
You asked this exact same question earlier. The answer is still the same, it hasn't changed in the last week.
