I went to Occupational Health place, did job-sponsored DOT physical (NON CDL) for a food delivery business, mentioned sleep apnea, but ME cleared me... FMCSA sent me a letter saying I needed to be signed off as good every yr so I had private doc say I am good. FAST forward 2 months, did another job-sponsored DOT physical (CDL Permit), new ME asks me about my history with OSA, I explain it, and in his medical opinion, no OSA diagnoses. I now have 2 yr Non excepted interstate MEC.
