GeeeeeezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzUS
You guys are so tunnel visioned and narrow minded that you can't answer a simple question.
I am CLEAN. I am HEALTHY. I have no worries! I was just asking about the procedure!
Never mind.........really, I didn't mean to talk over your heads -
Maybe so there rookie , but I'm retired zero worries. You have no worries I'm thrilled. Good health is always a great thing. Happy Trails.

Ok, I give you another shot. Go and read Part 40 - Procedures for Transportation Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs of the FMCSR's. That's not to be a wise come back it's meant to educate you or what to expect. There's been drivers that have lost their career because they did not understand procedures YOU and the TESTER must follow. For example a driver did not show up because he thought the testing place was closed. That's a failure. Or understand the custody requirements. I've had one test done some years ago that after I filled the bottle we went upstairs for an x-ray and the unsealed bottle stay on the counter downstairs. Know your rights and know what everyone is required to do. Part 40 will inform you from notification all the way to the end especially what has to happen if a test is positive. But frankly, it's assumed by most of us that drivers know where to get this information and read it. It pays to know exactly what is going to happen to protect your livelihood. The majority of us do not worry about the test because we get notification, go and pee in the bottle and leave.
Tonythetruckerdude Thanks this.
