Thats some good advice. I've heard about the beet juice "cure" for some time, but i never used it. I do have one suggestion that I feel is very important. Watch how your blood pressure is checked. The cuff should be placed on the bare arm, not over clothing. The cuff should be of proper size to fit your arm. Breath normally. Make sure the examiner does not touch the cuff as it is being inflated. Women drivers should remove high heels and keep the feet flat on the floor. No one should fail the physical (not getting a 2 year card) because the procedure for measuring the blood pressure was not followed. Remember, its your heart against the cuff. All you want is a level playing field. Stay healthy and be safe.
