dot physical/drug testing question

no patty wasn't talking about cigs lol talking bout the other but I have not smoked anything in about 3 or 4 months so I should be good to go just getting a lil nervous cause my physical is next week lol

 

and on the bmi thing are they looking for body fat index or lean body mass? cause if there taking into account muscle that would be just plain out ###### up don't ya think

 

I quit for both and I already know how long it takes it really all depends on the amount of body fat ya have

 

I find it really hard to believe u didn't drink at least once in your teens I didn't mean to offend anyone at all I was only trying to say MOST of us did stupid things when we were younger is all

 

and having a drug habit is a lil different then taking a toke every once in awhile I was by no means a junkie I never had to steal to get anything hmm and I never had to destroy my parents things you know like painting there car they worked hard for to have fun either I have never been arrested for anything at all haven't even gotten a speeding ticket in 10 yrs

 

and I might want to just shut up for now before I get banned from the forum too lol you guys are really helpful
