DOT physical in the morning.

    Fair enough... I was going on the advice of the occupational clinic where I had my last physical... My blood sugars were elevated, which was out of the ordinary for me, they told me to come back the next day for retesting, and only having water, nothing else, in order to get an accurate reading.

    I thought that there might be s connection to blood pressure , too, but I'm no doctor! 😄

    It would seem , to this untrained eye anyway, that physical activity would RAISE your BP, not lower it.

    As for the water, if your blood sugar is borderline, drinking the water will dilute the urine, so it doesn't show up. Been there, done that. I'm not saying drink 55 gallons, but a couple of bottles should be OK.

    Also, remember this is NOT a Military Physical Exam... they just want to see if you can perform the duties
