You have my permission to fold the 8.5x11 sheet into a pocket sized item. Feel free to carry a pic of the card on your smartphone. I think the Federal regs haven't required OTR drivers to have the card on them since 2015. I don't remember being asked for it in ages, but I had it with my paperwork so it was a non-issue whether the cops know the regs or don't know the regs.
