The key is to find yourself a DOT registered doctor who "knows what time it is." Use that doctor and pay for your own physical. Never use a company doc-in-a-box.

    firemedic2816 and sevenmph Thank this.

Sorry all of you are wrong. The rules have changed and screwed a lot of us. If you ar flagged, then going to another doc won't do much for you. It is better to get consultations done with and then have it worked out with the np and the doc.

That's why it's important to answer the questions "correctly" (as in "No" to every question) when you go for the physical, and to choose wisely when it comes to what Doctor you use to do the physical.

You can avoid all the BS by doing a little strategic planning before going to get a physical.

Yep and that's all right until they catch it, then you lost your cdl because you won't be able to renew your dot. It is a screwed situation no matter what is done, we are more regulated than pilots at this point. I go through all kinds of crap every year over my dot and it is tiring.

He said it was to haul dead bodies in some sort of massive death situation, it would thus seem to be issued by the federal Marshall's. Not much call for that unless the zombie apocalypse. Happens

Guess I'm a little uninformed on these issues. Does FMCSA allow nurse practioners to be registered to give physicals. I thought it had to be a doctor?

Let me ask all you "by the book" folks a few good questions about all this noise.

Do you actually think The Boys hauling Cattle in the woods that can't pass a over-animated physical going to stop hauling Our meats?

Do you actually think the men (real truckers) In their 60's and 70's hauling Feed and Grain in central Illinois to feed our Chickens going to stop because they cant pass this over-animated physical?

Do you think our hard working logging community in the northwoods are going to stop moving logs due to an over-animated physical by our democratic society that you sheeple walk with?

Do you think your average 'real trucker" with 30 yrs plus service is going to let these democratic strategists destroy their families?...

If you folks reply 'YES' to any of these questions... Your part of the Problem.

Yes to all, what are all the above super truckers going to do without a med card?
If they drive and get inspected, they will be put out of service on the spot.
The cowboy days are over, gone, el finito
