Wouldn't you be taking a physical once you go to the school?
Then another with which ever carrier you are good on to. -
mindes Thanks this.
-
You can get your physical in Alaska if you want. As long as the place / doctor / NP is DOT approved / registered, your good to go.
Just make sure you have the long form. When you get to your home state, make a copy of said long form, and give it to them. Your all set.
DO NOT give them the original, cause it will vanish, then you gotta go back to wherever you took it, and get another copy. -
I get em done wherever I'm at when it's time. I'm year to year. Had em done where the co. Told me to go. Many states involvedx1Heavy Thanks this. -
If you don't want another full physical, call carriers you're interested in and ask it they require another physical. There's a bunch that don't.
Here's a few:
Freymiller
TransAm
Magnum Ltd.
J&R Schugel
Navajo Express
Danny Herman Trucking
Romans Motor Freight
& many more out there. -
