    I didn't ask details on the 400 mg. CoQ10, but she said it helps with diabetes. Helps with blood pressure though.
    It's expensive and insurance won't cover it.
    Sam's Club online - $37 for 90 softgels
    Puritan's Pride online - $40 for 120 softgels or 3 bottles for $81~

    Depression is more than just stress and nerves. It's not just "being sad" all the time as it is often portrayed. It is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain. You can't positively think you way out of it no different than how you can't positively think your way out of a broken bone. If you've never experienced it, count your blessings. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
