    I believe they(doctors) don't have to be certified until 2014.

    They ask questions about your background along with the actual physical. You have to be honest. Anyone runs into you, the lawyers will dig up your background. Any withheld info and the case turns against you.

    Yes it's done in a DOT qualified doctors office. It can vary from a walk in clinic to a chiropractor that is certified.

    You can google "your town" DOT physical and find the ones in your area.

    Most trucking companies will send you to their doctor when you hire in.
