Having sex is a great workout and helps your heart and back stay healthy. Also releases endorphins. Vets are not deprived of anything. My GF is a disabled vet and has never had an issue getting anything she needed.MidwestResident and Chinatown Thank this.

Viagra??? Small potatoes! Trust me on this. Go google how much a 90 day supply of Jardance cost! See how much a Dexcom G6 Transmitter runs and a box of 3 sensors is! That's not including my insulin! Just since the first of the year, I have had 5 surgical procedures. Right now based on some quick and dirty estimates I am using somewhere around $1,000 to $1,500 a month worth of pharmacy and thousands worth of hospital inpatient expenses. ED treatments are small taters.
rachi, Aamcotrans and Chinatown Thank this. -

In case you don't shop around for your meds (non vets), I will share a story. At one time I had no insurance, and went to Walgreens where I always got my meds. I believed a chain store had more buying power. So I go in to get my Flomax filled, and they tell me it's $74 for a month's supply. I said good gosh, give me the generic. They said that is the generic. So on the way home I stopped at this little private pharmacy thinking what do I have to lose? I handed the bottle to the guy, and said how much would you have charged me for this? He tapped his computer and said $19. I couldn't believe it. I have BC/BS now, and never pay more than $3 for any prescription, and he has always been the cheapest. Kroger was runner up.
MidwestResident, rachi and Chinatown Thank this. -

Physicals don't handle drug testing. Oh a company might do both at the same time for a new hire, but the physical portion doesn't. The piss test for a physical is for sugars, testing possible diabetics. As for the list of medications, yes even a simple hand written note is fine, it doesn't need to be anything official.
As for the drug test, there is no place to put medications on the drug testing form. If something exceeds the testing threshold an MRO will call then and get any prescriptions. -
I used to but didn't like the side effects.rachi Thanks this.

I use Saw Palmetto and it works for me. Started taking it years ago; maybe 25 years.
Zero problems.
