    And if they pull up that you filled the prescription from the database your response is "Yes I filled it, but before taking it I found out it's a banned drug. I then filled prescription x and used it instead."

    It is a banned drug for you to have in your system when driving. The fact that you have a legal prescription for the Hydrocodone will not make you fail a physical. You are not in a safety sensitive position right now.

    Plus......they do not test for drugs during a DOT physical.

    Easy peasy. Passed no problem. When I started this thread I could put absolutely 0 weight on my foot. Today I’m walking in a boot. But fun’s not over yet cause I have surgery scheduled for next Thursday. The bone in my foot fractured because a tumor broke through the bone..... just glad to get physical out of the way
